ABOUT

Hello, I’m Krystal

A Holistic Health Practitioner - who skilfully intertwines Counselling, Creative Therapy, Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork to support you in your health and success journey.

With almost two decades of formal training, work experience, professional growth and deep personal development, I have an extensive range of knowledge, experience and tolls to share with you.

My journey:

After high school I completed a Bachelor in Psychology, which left me asking “but how do you really help someone???” I decided psychology was not answering this question for me, so shifted to a counselling degree specialising in children and adolescents. This path led me to creative therapy, which includes story telling, movement, art, miniature animals, sand and play. I started work in the not-for-profit sector where I was introduced new teachings and Art Therapy. After seeing the open dialogue which can happen by creating art in therapy, rather then the use of words. I completed an art therapy degree (and do plan on completing my masters in the near future).

Throughout my career I have worked for government agencies, not-for profit sector, at times on telephone helplines or as a first responder. Every position and experience enriched my knowledge and furthered my curiosity. Through pursuing personal development, yoga, self-care and building an enriched life. I followed my heart into activities such as yoga, dance, flow arts, meditation and breathwork. Always searching and gathering professional tools and personal understanding to further nurture others and myself.

I would be so pleased to co-create a individualised tailored program or healing sessions to support you. Also, I formulate dynamic group and corporate programs.

Personal challenges I have conquered:

  • Caring for two family members

  • A cancer diagnosis resulting in surgery

  • Relationship Issues

  • Solo international travel

  • Divorce

  • Building self-esteem, self worth and confidence

  • Solo motherhood
